Ethical, inclusive AI-powered content

AI content should work for everyone
Women for Ethical AI is a consultancy I founded to help teams build AI-powered products that work for everyone. I develop plain language standards and ethical content frameworks that ensure AI content is accessible, clear, and inclusive.
Content shapes experience. A vague error message erodes trust. A biased prompt can reinforce harm. An inaccessible interface shuts people out before they even get started. I bring an equity lens to every layer of the content experience, from microcopy, fallback patterns, onboarding flows, to tone of voice, because the people most affected by AI are often the least represented in how it’s designed.
Plain language and accessibility aren’t optional extras; they’re the foundation of content that works for everyone. I make sure the words used in AI systems are clear, honest, and accessible for everyone.
Why the name “Women for Ethical AI”?
The name is intentional. Women and other underrepresented groups are among the most affected by biased, inaccessible AI and among the least represented in building it. This space exists to change that, starting with the content that shapes how AI communicates with people.
